Verify claims in your Identity

In order to be able to add Phone number and Email address to a Profile , you must verify those claims. Other ways the system will not allow you add them.

1. Go to your Identity and if you have unverified claims , they will be marked in red.
   

   

2. Mouse over on the unverified claims and select Verify icon
   

   

3. You will receive a code which you have to enter to confirm that you are owning the email or phone number
