If you receive a Vereign email for the first time, when you open it, you may see the message There are problems with the signature. Click the signature button for details just before the email content starts.
To solve this issue, perform the following steps:

Click the warning icon.
Details dialog box appears. -
Click the Trust button.

In the new dialog box that appears, click Yes.

Locate File and click on it. New window will pop up, click Exit.

Start Outlook and check your message again.
The There are problems with the signature. Click the signature button for detail message should be gone now and you should see a red certificate stamp instead.
